STUDY GROUP #2 - Value Management EN 12973:2020

Our firm will participate on October 2, 2024, in STUDY GROUP #2, which focuses on Value Management, referenced in standard EN 12973:2020.

SAV+ and AV Canada are joining forces to organize a STUDY GROUP to raise awareness of the Value Management standard beyond just engineering.

• Understanding the scope of the standard and the areas it covers
• Analyzing the objectives of Value Management (What is it for?)
• Extracting the fundamental principles of Value Management
• Examining Value Management processes
• Conclusion: Implementing a VMO (tracking value within the company)
