The Lab-Hybrid - PMI France

A new initiative has been launched within the PMI France Chapter community, the Hybrid Lab.

Bringing together around 25 members, Stéphane Derouin launched this new initiative as a halfway point between traditional project management and Agile concepts.

The goal of this working group is to co-write a guide of hybrid best practices, pragmatic and usable by the greatest number of people.

You will find aspects related to:

Governance
Methodological framework
Human dimension

Of course, the project itself will be managed in hybrid mode, with a guide delivery planned for May 31, 2022.

The Business Owner is Ricardo Naciff, president of PMI France, and Stéphane Derouin is the project manager.

Each subject within the three themes will be carried by a small team working in Agile/Scrum mode with a Product Owner (Responsible for the Product Backlog) and a Scrum Master.

We will share the progress of this project with you during 2021/2022.

Since January 2022, a dedicated team, the Lab Hybrid Core Team Editorial - Hybrid Best Practices Guide, has been working on it.

The LabHybrid working group took a new turn with the sponsorship of the PMI France Chapter: launching the publishing project with support from AMAZON (publishing project launched in early December 2022).

At the start of 2023, we are approaching the end of the editing process, which will also coincide with the publication of our guide.
